Touraine Sauvignon Blanc


Touraine sits in the Loire Valley, the historic home of Sauvignon Blanc. This wine has aromas of green apple, lime and gooseberry combined with lemon zesty flavours. The Touraine appellation is renowned for its ability to produce iconic Sauvignon Blanc, admired the world over, and is  a good example of how elegant Sauvignon Blanc can be in a cooler climate. This flavoursome and refreshing wine is a perfect match for seafood and Salad.

Pouilly-Fume


This Pouilly-Fume comes from one of Sauvignon Blanc's most respected regions. The name Fume refers to the subtle smoky or flint character often found here. Compared to the previous wine this wine has more texture, more minerality and a longer finish.

Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc


Marlborough made the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc famous. The warmer sunshine and cool nights produce a much more expressive style with notes of passionfruit, lime and gooseberry. This is the boldest Sauvignon Blanc of the evening.

Paul Mas Cabernet Sauvignon


This is a french cabernet sauvignon, not a blended wine. It is produced by Paul Mas in the South of France where there is a  slightly warmer climate. It has notes of raspberry and blueberries with a longer finish. It is recommended to be served with red meat, pasta or chocolate and can be served slightly cooler.
