Sicilia Doc Grillo


The Grillo grape was originally used for Sicily's famous Marsala wine. The cunning Sicilians realised that it would make a great white wine.


Aromas of jasmine and notes of mango and papaya gives a rich fruity flavour with a lemony acidity.

This wine is full with the flavours of damson, cherry and chocolate. The grapes are partially dried after picking to give the distinctive prune and chocolate notes.
